By using the Prophetik app, you agree to these terms.

Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your access secure (SMS, device).
You may delete your account from My Profile or Settings → Delete my account.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Pro: monthly subscription, automatically renews unless cancelled.
Vip: monthly subscription, automatically renews unless cancelled.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Store account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Prophetik in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

Intellectual property

Prophetik, its logo, and editorial content are protected. League and team marks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

Prophetik is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party sports data or prediction outcomes.
